Return Policy

7-Day Returns

Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving shipment.  Apparel or product must be in new condition with original tags attached, packaging, instructions and warranties.   No cash refunds.  We will exchange for a different size of the same item. Returns are made at your own expense (non refundable) at a carrier of your choice.  If return is not in new condition it will be return to you and no exchange or store credit will be made.

Exchanges Made Easy

Returns within the 7-day period can be exchanged for a different size if the returned product is new condition.  No worn, or used products will be exchanged.  If we do not have the new requested size in stock we will work with you to find a similar product of give you a store credit for the price of the product minus shipping.

Exchange Process

For return and exchange please call Customer Service at 410-354-0714 to begin the process.  The exchange item will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving the return.  Note shipping only occurs Monday - Friday.  Returns are made at your own expense (non refundable)

Receipt of Damaged Product

Call customer service immediately at 410-365-0714 to address the issue.

Must be New Condition

 No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for a refund, exchange or store credit. 

All Items are inspected by customer service staff. If your returned item appears to be worn/soiled or is damaged in any way that renders the item not new, the item will be sent back to you and we will not exchange your order.
